Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was cozy and convenient. The room had a good bed and view, reasonably priced, and very clean. Kevin took great care of us, being both helpful and efficient. The room was a bit smaller than advertised and overlooked the pool but was quite small.
The hotel is a mixed bag with clean and tidy rooms but be cautious about potential smoke smell. The service is a bit hit or miss with extremely friendly but not very helpful staff. The location, while ideal for some, may not be lively enough for others. The dining experience is a blend of excellence and some not-so-tasty dishes.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Muscat and Ruwi old suq. The rooms, though slightly musty, offer a good stay amidst humming AC units. The service provided by Amit, Aslam, Rissa, Santosh, and others is exceptionally kind and professional. The dining options are satisfactory, with continental meals and Indian dishes available. The value for money is reasonable, considering the amenities offered.
The hotel had a few drawbacks like rooms smelling of cigarette smoke and being smaller than expected, causing headaches and internet issues for more than a day, which is crucial for business travelers. On the upside, the service, especially from JEYABAL and MINOLI at the reception, was outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring Muscat and Ruwi old suq.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room, which was worth 24 OMR per night, offered a great view of the city and was spacious, modern, and noiseless. The rooms and bathrooms were equipped with many modern facilities like a smart TV and ample power and USB sockets. The service, mainly provided by Jamila, Girish, and Gopa Kumar, was exceptional, with staff always ready to help and greeting me warmly like a family member. The location in a residential area close to Ruwi was attractive, though not ideal for walking to the corniche or historical buildings. The dining experience had amazing views over the Muscat skyline, but there were limited dining options. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money with its clean rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities.
I found the hotel to be a simple and clean option for those who want a decent room without breaking the bank. The half-board option worked well for us, and after some initial stuffiness in the room, letting it air out solved the issue. The location was good for exploring Muscat and Muttrah, though a bit far from the Ruwi city center.
